Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
Rinovara Energies Private Limited (“Rinovara”, “we”, “us”) operates rinovara.com. Our registered office is at No. 267, 6th C Cross, R T Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560032, India.
2. What we collect
We collect personal data only when you give it to us through the contact form on our website: your name, company, work email, phone number (optional), the option you choose under “I am…”, the approximate volume or pack type (optional) and your message.
Like most websites, our hosting provider may record basic technical information (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) in server logs, to keep the site secure and working.
This website does not use cookies. To count visits, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or follow you across other websites. It gives us totals such as the pages viewed, the website that referred you, and your browser, device type and country.
Your browser also remembers, for the current tab only, that you have already seen our opening animation, so it doesn’t replay on every visit. This stays on your device and is not sent to us.
3. Why we use it
We use the details you send us to reply to your enquiry and, if you choose to work with us, to discuss and carry out that business. We process them on the basis of the consent you give when you submit the form.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run this website and receive messages (Cloudflare, which hosts this website and provides our visitor statistics, and Web3Forms, which delivers contact form messages to our inbox), who may process it only on our instructions. We may also share it where the law requires us to. Some of these providers may store data outside India.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your details only for as long as we need them for the purposes above, typically while we are in conversation or doing business with you, and then delete them, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
6. Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:
- give you a summary of the personal data we hold about you;
- correct, complete or update it;
- erase it;
- stop processing it, by withdrawing your consent (this does not affect processing already carried out);
- let someone you nominate exercise these rights for you.
You can also raise a grievance with us. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
7. How to contact us
Send us a message through the contact form on our website, or write to us at our registered office: No. 267, 6th C Cross, R T Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560032, India.
For a request about your personal data, including a grievance, choose “Other” in the form and start your message with “Privacy request”, so it reaches the right person quickly.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
